About Me
I am a wife and a mother to 3 beautiful children. I have grown up and lived in Batesville, IN my whole life, except for attending I.U.P.U.I. to earn my Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology. I am certified Life Coach, and recently received my masters degree in Positive Psychology.
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exercising, reading, attending sports events, and going to church weekly. My passion is helping others live a more fulfilling life through my services I offer here at Rowland Wellness. Through coaching, youth empowerment programs, online fitness groups, and more, I create safe, supportive spaces where individuals can grow in confidence, build resilience, and discover their purpose. Whether it's helping someone set meaningful goals, develop healthier habits, or breath through self-doubt, my mission is to help others thrive from the inside out!
