At Rowland Wellness, we aim to ensure every member has a positive experience.

  • All payments are non-refundable once a program or month has begun.

  • If you need to cancel your membership, please do so at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

  • In special circumstances (such as medical reasons), refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
