All payments must be made in full prior to participation.
Monthly memberships automatically renew unless canceled at least 7 days before the next billing date.
Payments are non-refundable once a program or month has begun, except in special circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Conduct and Community Guidelines

We are committed to creating a positive and respectful environment. Participants agree to:

Engage respectfully with instructors and other members.
Refrain from sharing offensive, harmful, or discriminatory language or behavior.
Keep group discussions and member information confidential.

Rowland Wellness reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these guidelines without a refund.

All content provided through Rowland Wellness—including videos, written materials, and program content—is the property of Rowland Wellness and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without permission.
