Service Description
Youth coaching is a supportive, one-on-one space where kids and teens can build confidence, learn healthy coping skills, and feel understood. Sessions focus on helping young people navigate stress, anxiety, emotions, peer relationships, self-esteem, and life transitions in a practical and encouraging way. This meeting will take place virtually.
Cancellation Policy
Elevate: Fitness & Mindset Monthly Group Purpose: Our Monthly group is designed to support members in developing healthy habits, building confidence, and strengthening both body and mind through 2 full body workouts, 1 core workout, and a short motivational video to help you through each month. Membership & Participation: Membership is on a monthly basis and renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Respectful communication and positive support are expected at all times. Personal information are to remain confidential. Health & Safety: Members should consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program. Participants are responsible for listening to their bodies and modifying exercises as needed. The group leader and organizers are not liable for injuries or health issues that occur during participation. Payment & Cancellation: Monthly payments are due prior to the start of each new month. Refunds are not offered. Community Standards: Celebrate progress and effort, not perfection. No negative self-talk, judgment, or unsolicited advice. Kindness, accountability, and consistency are key values of this community. Liability Waiver: By participating, members acknowledge that they are voluntarily engaging in physical activity and agree to assume all risks associated with participation.
